Ban Hyo-jin, Oh Ye-jin, and Yang Ji-in, the 2024 Paris Olympics shooting gold medalists, appeared as guests in the 258th episode of tvN’s entertainment show “You Quiz on the Block,” which aired on August 21.
Unfortunately, viral shooter Kim Ye-ji was not able to join the recording due to her poor physical condition. “She’s so cool even to us. She is always holding a gun except for dinner time. Sometimes we are not allowed to shoot, as we are training in a controlled place. She has to launch aggressive drills against the wall when she can’t shoot a live bullet,” Ban said.
Yang Ji-in also added, “She is anmazing and cool when shooting, but she takes good care of me as if I was her real sister.” Oh Ye-jin, who competed with Kim Ye-ji in the women’s 10m air pistol shooting at the Paris Olympics, said, “We shared a room with Ye-ji and say supportive messages to each other. When I competed with her in the final round, I felt comfortable, thinking, “It’s ok if I got silver since we are Korean anyway, we’re on the same team.”
Meanwhile, 19-year-old Oh Ye-jin won a gold medal in the women’s 10-meter air pistol event at the Paris Olympics, and 31-year-old Kim Ye-ji won a silver medal in the same event. Kim Ye-ji recently signed a contract with an ancting agency, drawing attention.
