The hit K-drama Taxi Driver is back. SBS has officially confirmed that “Taxi Driver 3” will premiere on November 21, bringing back its adrenaline-fueled dark hero saga for a third season. Leading man Lee Je Hoon reprises his iconic role as vigilante taxi driver Kim Do Gi, alongside returning cast members Kim Eui Sung, Pyo Ye Jin, Jang Hyuk Jin, and Bae Yoo Ram.

Based on the webtoon of the same name, Taxi Driver follows a mysterious taxi company, Rainbow Taxi Company, that delivers justice by avenging victims failed by the legal system. The upcoming season teases the beginning of a new chapter with the tagline “The third run begins”, as seen on the newly released teaser poster featuring the upgraded signature car “5283.”

The drama has been praised for its unique blend of cathartic action, socially conscious themes, and stylized revenge. From tackling controversial issues like cybersex trafficking, cult scams, to political corruption, the show stood out for reflecting real-world crimes while delivering gripping storytelling.
