On February 16th, the Japanese ranking site ‘Rankingoo’ revealed the result for the “Most Beautiful Korean Actresses in Their 20s” poll. 2175 Japanese people aged 10 to 40 participated in this survey.

The No. 1 spot went to Kim Yoojung. Han Sohee and Suzy followed as No. 2 and No. 3, respectively.

Netizens left comments praising Kim Yoojung: “She’s one of the strongest K-drama actresses, especially in historical dramas,” “She’s so cute that I became a fan,” “Her beauty is like something out of a painting.” 

Kim Yoojung gained popularity in Japan with the drama ‘Love in the Moonlight.’ She played Hong Raon, a eunuch who disguised herself as a man, and depicted an unexpected palace undercover romance with Lee Yeong (Park Bogum). The drama also received much love in Korea, recording the highest rating of 23.3%.

Recently, Kim Yoojung attracted huge attention with her visual in the drama ‘My Demon.’ The chemistry between her and Song Kang garnered positive responses overseas. 

Kim Yoojung is set to star in Netflix’s upcoming drama ‘Chicken Nugget.’ She plays Minah, who turns into a fried chicken nugget after entering a mysterious machine one day.
