On July 8, Sunmi shared several teaser images on her social media with the captions, “SUNMI Digital Single ‘Forever July’ OFFICIAL PHOTO – 3” and “Would you be mine?”
In the newly released photos, Sunmi showcased a completely different image with blonde hair and glamorous makeup, creating a striking contrast to her previous style. Wearing a pink corset-inspired top paired with ultra-short shorts, she highlighted her slim figure, toned waistline, and signature visuals.
Her dreamy gaze and bolder styling immediately caught fans’ attention. Reclining on a bed while staring directly into the camera, Sunmi exuded a mysterious yet captivating aura, further raising anticipation for the concept of her new release.
Alongside the teaser images, a preview of “Forever July” was also unveiled, featuring the song’s addictive melody and a glimpse of Sunmi’s signature ethereal yet refreshing vocals. In the teaser, she displayed an intense stare toward the camera before switching to a playful heart gesture during the choreography, showcasing her diverse charms.
Sunmi’s new digital single “Forever July” will be released on major online music platforms at 6 p.m. KST on July 15.
Meanwhile, Sunmi debuted in 2007 as a member of the iconic girl group Wonder Girls. She temporarily halted activities in 2010 to focus on her studies before launching a successful solo career in 2013 with “24 Hours,” marking the beginning of her new chapter as a solo artist.
