As expected, Lee Seung Gi and Kang Ho Dong will be the MCs for this new show. The two worked together in “Strong Heart” from 2009 to 2011. Lee Ji Hye, Kim Dong Hyun, Kim Ho Young, Youngtak, Uhm Ji Yoon, and Son Dong Pyo are the fixed panelists. They will be divided into Kang Ho Dong Team and Lee Seung Gi Team to conduct the “talk coach” session.

“Strong Heart League” is a talk show that centers around stories of the world in the era when real-time search has disappeared and it has become difficult to catch up with the latest trends.

The show will be directed by PD Kim Dong Wook of “Same Bed Different Dreams 2” and “Sleeping Only Relationship”.

Kang Ho Dong and Lee Seung Gi boasted strong friendship after working together on many programs, such as “2 Days & 1 Night”, “New Journey to the West”, etc. After Kang Ho Dong dropped out of “Strong Heart” in 2011 due to a tax evasion controversy, Lee Seung Gi struggled alone to continue the show. Later, broadcaster Shin Dong Yeop and actor Lee Dong Wook joined and formed an MC trio.

In March, rumors of a dispute between Kang Ho Dong and Lee Seung Gi broke out as it was reported that Kang Ho Dong refused to host Lee Seung Gi’s wedding. However, Kang Ho Dong dismissed rumors as he still attended Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In’s wedding and gave his warm congratulations to the couple.
