Regarding this, Song Joong Ki said, “In this project, the appearance fee was nothing for me. I didn’t care about money. Actually, I’m so shy about mentioning this. No money in this project, that’s not important for me. I just wanted to make this movie perfectly.

He explained why he decided to appear in “Hopeless”, “When I read the script, I thought it was okay. This script had a really good energy. Our movie is about family violence and weak people in society. So this script is worth making. I wanted to participate in this movie.”

Song Joong Ki honestly confessed, “If I get my fee, it costs a lot of budget. My appearance fee is really high. This is not good for this movie.”
