Song Hye Kyo reigns as K-drama queen for 20 years, from “Autumn in My Heart” to “The Glory”
After becoming a top star through the 2000 KBS drama “Autumn in My Heart”, Song Hye Kyo has continuously starred in hit works, maintaining her throne as a “K-drama queen”.
The actress’ beautiful appearance and versatile acting skills regardless of genres play a big part in her success. In particular, through the Netflix original series “The Glory”, Song Hye Kyo has shown her potential as an actress capable of handling thrillers, leaving a lasting impression and opening up future possibilities.
Song Hye Kyo first became known in 1998 through the SBS sitcom “Soonpoong Clinic”. In this work, Song Hye Kyo, assumed the role of Oh Hye Kyo and brought various laughter with an “auntie-like” image. However, just two years later, in 2000, she transformed into a symbol of pure innocence in “Autumn in My Heart” and enjoyed popularity all over Asia.
