Song Ha-yoon’s Actual School Transfer Time Is Revealed To Be Different From Bully Accusations

The claim of the "Incident Director" informant is different from the actual timing of Song Ha-yoon's school transfer.

Regarding Song Ha-yoon‘s alleged school violence behavior, entertainment industry officials told OSEN on April 7th, “The timing of her transfer and the controversial incident are different, leading to confusion.”

Song Ha-yoon

According to a report by OSEN, Song Ha-yoon transferred from Banpo High School to Apgujeong High School in late July 2004, when she was a senior in high school. However, the victim of school violence in JTBC’s “Incident Director” reportedly claimed that he was called out and slapped for 90 minutes by an actress in late August 2004, which led to the actress (who was believed to be Song) later being transferred.

Regarding Song’s alleged school violence case, the fact that the incident occurred in 2004 is a subtle but important issue. This is because the “Act on the Prevention and Countermeasures against School Violence” was enacted on January 29, 2004 and went into effect on July 30 of that year. According to the current standards, whether Song actually fell under the “Grade 8” punishment measure for school bullies, which is equivalent to the forced transfer, is a legal matter to be contested over the timing of its implementation.

In this regard, Song Ha-yoon’s agency, King Kong by Starship (hereinafter King Kong), is reticent. As of the afternoon of April 7th, King Kong’s official position on Song Ha-yoon’s alleged bully accusations, was to strongly refute the claim. Since then, King Kong has not made a clear position on Song Ha-yoon’s compulsory transfer due to school violence. It also declined to comment on the reason, timing of her compulsory transfer.

In the meantime, various suspicions have been rampant in addition to the first accusation.
