Son Ye-jin Looked Like A Fairy In White At Bucheon Film Festival+Son Ye-jin’s Special Exhibition
Son Ye-jin attended the red carpet of Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival.
The red carpet event for the opening ceremony of the 28th Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival (hereinafter referred to as BIFAN) was held at Bucheon Art Center in Gyeonggi-do on the afternoon of July 4th (KST).
BIFAN selected Son Ye-jin as the main character of this year’s “Actor Special Exhibition.” Since 2017, BIFAN has selected contemporary representative actors who lead the Korean movie industry for its “Actor Special Exhibition,” and Jeon Do-yeon, Jung Woo-sung, Kim Hye-soo, Seol Kyung-gu, and Choi Min-sik have been selected.
The special exhibition, which will be held under the title of “One and Only SON Ye Jin,” will highlight Son Ye-jin’s 23-year acting career with various events such as a booklet’s publication, a mega-talk and a photo exhibition.
Meanwhile, BIFAN 2024 prepares a special meeting with Asian masters who will make moviegoers’ blood boil and their hearts beat just with their names. The main characters are director Johnnie To, the representative of “Hong Kong Noir,” and Japanese film legend Koki Mitani.
