SNSD Yoona once talked about the stage accident when her pants got ripped in front of 50,000 fans

SNSD Yoona explained the accident when she “took off” her lower garment when appearing on “Strong Heart” in the past. 

Yoona appeared on the variety show “Strong Heart” with Girls’ Generation members in the past and shared different stories. On the broadcast, Yoona confessed, “Male idols often take off their shirts, but I took off the bottom”, turning the whole studio upside down.

When everyone got confused, Yoona immediately explained, “It’s not like taking off the bottom, but…it was really absurd”.

In fact, it was an accident that happened when Yoona was performing at SM Town Concert in Tokyo. As soon as Girls’ Generation appeared on the stage, Yoona’s solo dance part began.

Yoona said, “The first dance move was to stretch out my arms and sit down then get up again. While doing that, I heard a weird sound”, revealing that she sensed something wrong while doing the intense dance moves.

However, Yoona could not check what happened to her pants because she was performing in front of 50,000 fans. Since then, she began to dance timidly because she was worried. 

Yoona said, “I pulled my shirt down a little bit to cover my hip and continued to dance”. She continued “As soon as I came down the stage after the performance, I checked it myself”, adding, “I thought the butt area was ripped but it was in another area. The torn part was big enough to fit my two fists”.

Lastly, Yoona said she then went on the Internet and searched for her name after the concert. Luckily, there were no pictures taken when the accident happened.
