On December 15th, “2023 Music Bank Global Festival” was held live at KBS’s new wedding hall in Yeouido, Seoul.

aespa’s Karina, Winter and RIIZE’s Wonbin, and Shotaro formed the unit “Winter-KBS” for this event. Regarding the name of the unit, Winter explained, “We made the unit to be with KBS in winter.”

This time, Karina performed the song “Hot & Cold,” which she used to perform with EXO’s Kai, Red Velvet’s Seulgi, and NCT’s Jeno, with the members of “Winter-KBS.” “Hot & Cold” is a song that compares the contrasting ways of love between a man who is hot like summer and a woman who is cold like winter.

Regarding the new combination, Karina said, “We did so well in practice, and I think we will have a great performance just like my seniors in the past.”

Afterwards, Karina and Shotaro, Winter and Wonbin formed into pairs for the choreography. The fantastic visuals of SM drew admiration from netizens.
