Police investigating the “Burning Sun” case confirmed that Big Bang Seungri had given 15 million won to a middle-age woman A, who is suspected to be a procurer, and they are investigating her connection to the alleged prostitution ring. Police reported that A had provided a group of women for Seungri’s birthday party on Palawan Island in December 2017. Before opening Burning Sun club, on December 2017, Seungri had invited 150 women acquainted with Palawan Island’s resort to the birthday party.
According to the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency in April, 25th, 17 women have been investigated for alleged prostitution in Palawan. Police reported that Seungri had provided these women travel travel expenses such as airplane tickets and hotel accommodations as the payment for prostitution. “Most of the 17 women admitted doing prostitution”, a police said.
The police weren’t able to confirm if these women received any extra money other than travel expenses for prostitution or not yet. Police are questioning Seungri and A for that 15 million won but they all denied that that money did not relate to prostitution.
As police prepare to fill for an arrest warrant for Seungri, focusing on find out evidence that he is a procurer and embezzle. Seungri admitted that he had invited these girl to birthday party but refused paying money for them to do prostitution. Seungri also said: “If the money was delivered in exchange for sex, the women who did not have sex should return money back to us, right?”
