Former BIGBANG member Seungri (Lee Seung-hyun) has once again drawn attention with his latest public appearance in Korea.

Recently, photos surfaced online showing Seungri posing with a Malaysian businessman who operates a jewelry brand. The businessman, currently visiting Korea, shared friendly snapshots with Seungri, who appeared slimmer and in good spirits, smiling for the camera.

This was not the first time the two were seen together. Last month, the same businessman also uploaded photos with Seungri, where the ex-idol sported sunglasses and a noticeably leaner look compared to his past.

Once a key member of one of K-pop’s most successful groups, Seungri’s career collapsed in 2019 after he was implicated in the infamous Burning Sun scandal. He left BIGBANG, terminated his contract with YG Entertainment, and announced his retirement from the entertainment industry in disgrace.

In 2022, Seungri was convicted on nine charges, including habitual gambling, prostitution mediation, sexual crimes, foreign exchange violations, embezzlement, and assault instigation. He was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison before being released.

Since completing his sentence, Seungri’s name has repeatedly surfaced online through sightings and social media posts:

Now, with his latest photos alongside a Malaysian entrepreneur, fans and netizens remain divided—some curious about his private life, others critical of his continued public appearances.
