On the September 7th broadcast of tvN’s sports variety show *Iron Girls*, actress Seol In-ah shared why she decided to challenge herself with completing a triathlon.
In particular, the actress confessed, “I really can’t sleep. I’ve been taking sleeping pills for about 5 years.”
She continued, “I started getting angry, thinking, ‘Why do I have to take sleeping pills to sleep?’ I wondered if maybe I wasn’t tired enough, so I pushed myself even harder, leading to an image of ‘living a busy life.'”
Seol In-ah also detailed her reason for participating in the show by explaining, “When I take sleeping pills, I can’t focus on filming. My immunity weakened due to lack of proper sleep, and I ended up taking up to 24 pills of dermatological medicine a day at the university hospital. That’s when I realized I wanted to get healthy”.
In “Iron Girls”, Seol In-ah joins Jin Seo-yeon, Uee, and Park Ju-hyun in taking on the challenge of completing a triathlon.
On the other hand, Seol In-ah previously gained significant attention for her roles in the K-dramas “Business Proposal”, “Twinkling Watermelon”, and “Mr. Queen”.
