TV CHOSUN’s “Seoksam Play Season 1” has officially come to an end after recording ratings in the 0% range for every episode of its run.
The final episode, which aired on May 30, followed the cast members as they visited Busan to celebrate the conclusion of the show.
Excited by the spontaneous, unplanned nature of the trip, the members headed to a luge track. During a “coffee bet luge race,” Jeon So Min showcased incredible speed, even causing a fixed camera to shake loose, while Lee Mi Joo finished in last place after repeatedly shouting, “Wait for me!” as she rode alone.
The cast later moved to the beach, where they filmed playful chase scenes and short-form videos. However, an unexpected mishap occurred when Jeon So Min realized she had forgotten to press the record button, forcing the group to reshoot the content.

While taking a walk along the seaside, Ji Suk Jin jokingly predicted the future of his fellow cast members. “Sang Yeob will emigrate, Mi Joo will marry someone in Hong Kong, and So Min will win Best Actress at the Grand Bell Awards,” he said before adding, “Then she’ll become so full of herself that she won’t answer our calls anymore,” drawing laughter from everyone.
During their final dinner together, Jeon So Min playfully used artificial tears as part of a skit, while the members reflected on the end of the program. They remarked, “We’re the kind of people who express affection by teasing each other,” sharing their heartfelt thoughts on wrapping up the series.
“Seoksam Play” is a mission-based travel variety show led by Ji Suk Jin, alongside former “Running Man” and “Sixth Sense” cast members Jeon So Min, Lee Sang Yeob, and Lee Mi Joo. The concept followed the cast as they toured five cities using a travel budget of 500,000 won provided by the production team.
The program was first released on Wavve in August of last year before later airing on TV CHOSUN. Despite the star power of its cast and its lighthearted travel format, “Seoksam Play” recorded ratings in the 0% range across all eight episodes, ultimately finishing its run with disappointing viewership results.
