Actress Seo Ye-ji wrapped up her journey with Gold Medalist
Seo Ye-ji’s exclusive contract with Gold Medalist ended on November 30th. Ahead of the contract expiration, both sides already discussed carefully and agreed on the non-renewal of the contract.
Seo Ye-ji is leaving Gold Medalist after 4 years. In fact, she’s an actress who has been with the company ever since its establishment in January 2020. After careful consideration and discussion, the two sides decided to part ways in a pleasant atmosphere.
In April last year, Seo Ye-ji suffered various controversies, such as gaslighting ex-boyfriend Kim Jung-hyun, school violence, and forgery of academic background. However, Gold Medalist showed their firm trust in the actress by renewing their contract with her in December of the same year. Seo Ye-ji continued acting and appeared in tvN’s drama “Eve”.
However, she has not taken on any new acting projects after “Eve” ended. Attention is focused on the next move of Seo Ye-ji after leaving Gold Medalist.
Meanwhile, Seo Ye-ji debuted in 2013 with tvN’s sitcom “Potato Star 2013QR3” and drew keen attention for her outstanding acting skills and visual. She later gained attention after starring in various popular dramas, such as “Moorim School”, “Lawless Lawyer”, “Seondal: The Man Who Sells The River”, “It’s Okay To Not Be Okay”, etc.
