In the 188th episode of MBC’s “Omniscient Interfering View,” which aired on February 19th, Girls’ Generation’s Seohyun appeared as a guest and revealed the video of a day of her life enjoying a good rest by driving and going to a cafe with her close friend, singer Lee Hwan-hee.
After a busy schedule such as a pictorial shoot, Seo-hyun drove a white sports car to meet Lee Hwan-hee, her 20-year friend and former SM Entertainment trainee.
As MC Lee Young-ja asked about Lee Hwan-hee’s recent situation, Seo-hyun said, “She is currently married.”
Seo-hyun showed off her extraordinary friendship by introducing Lee Hwan-hee as a “friend who knows everything about her.”
Seo-hyun and Lee Hwan-hee, who went on a drive together to Namyangju, held hands and shed tears, expressing their gratitude and sorry for not taking good care of each other because they were busy.
MC Song Eun-yi, who was watching this, said, “You relied on each other while walking on the same path towards debut, but Hwan-hee couldn’t make it as Girls’ Generation.”
Seo-hyun expressed her sad feelings that she could not contact Lee Hwan-hee for several days after the singer knew she was unable to debut as a member of Girls’ Generation.
Seo-hyun recalled that she wasn’t happy when she heard that Lee Hwan-hee was eliminated even though her idol debut was confirmed.
Seo-hyun also shed tears, recalling the difficult times.
While she was sorry that her debut was confirmed, she received a congratulatory message from Lee Hwan-hee first. Seo-hyun said Lee Hwan-hee was an indispensable friend.
