tvN has officially kicked off production for its upcoming 2026 romantic comedy Secret Audit (tentative title), starring Shin Hye-sun, Gong Myung, Kim Jae-wook, and Hong Hwa-yeon. The drama promises a spicy mix of office scandals, emotional entanglements, and unexpected love — all wrapped in a fresh, audit-themed narrative.
Shin Hye-sun takes on the role of Joo In-ah, a razor-sharp, emotionally guarded head auditor with a mysterious past. Nicknamed “Joo-In-Out” and “Joo-Gi-Cheo-Cham” for her merciless work ethic, she’s known for destroying careers with a single audit.
But her cold exterior begins to crack when she crosses paths with Noh Gi-joon, played by Gong Myung — a star auditor whose life spirals after a sudden demotion. “I’m truly looking forward to this project. I’ll work hard to greet viewers with my best performance,” Shin Hye-sun said.
Gong Myung, meanwhile, portrays Noh Gi-joon, a golden boy alpha male whose pride is shattered after being reassigned to scandal-ridden Team 3. His reluctant partnership with Joo In-ah sets the stage for a rom-com filled with sharp banter, hidden vulnerabilities, and evolving chemistry. “It’s a huge honor to be part of Secret Audit. I’ll be showing a new side of myself,” Gong shared.
Kim Jae-wook joins the cast as Jeon Jae-yeol, a third-generation chaebol embroiled in a battle for corporate succession. Beneath his flawless image lies a man torn between power and emotional emptiness.
Hong Hwa-yeon will play Park Ah-jung, Jeon Jae-yeol’s elegant secretary who harbors a one-sided love. Known for her polished appearance, Park Ah-jung’s journey toward vulnerability and self-discovery adds a rich subplot to the series.
Directed by Lee Soo-hyun (My Dearest Nemesis, Delightfully Deceitful), with a script by Yeo Eun-ho and creative direction from Yang Hee-seung (Crash Course in Romance, Familiar Wife), Secret Audit brings together one of the most promising production teams in K-drama.
