Rain & Kim Tae-hee, ring the doorbell… “A 47-year-old woman was sent to the prosecution for stalking”
A (47), a woman who went to the house of singer Rain & actress Kim Tae-hee and rang the doorbell many times, was sent to the prosecution.
On Sep 30th, Seoul Yongsan Police Station announced, “On Sep 22nd, A was handed over to Seoul Western District Prosecutors’ Office on charges of violating the Stalking Punishment Act.”
A went to Rain & Kim Tae-hee‘s house in Yongsan-gu, Seoul and rang the doorbell many times from March last year. In this regard, the couple reported crimes through 112 a total of 17 times.
Prosecutors reportedly requested the police to forward A’s case to the prosecution. They said, “We are concerned about the continuous and repeated stalking.”
In October last year, the police issued three notices to A for violating the Minor Offenses Act, including a fine of up to 100,000 won. However, in February, A went to the residence of Rain & Kim Tae-hee again and was arrested.
