Suga is facing charges for driving an electric scooter under the influence of alcohol on August 6th. He was caught by the police after falling off the scooter while intoxicated. Although Suga reportedly told the police he had only consumed one beer, his blood alcohol level was recorded at 0.227%, which is considered highly intoxicated.

There were also suspicions that Suga and his agency attempted to downplay the incident by initially stating he was riding an electric kickboard when, in fact, it was an electric scooter.

Suga appeared at the police station on August 23rd for about three hours of questioning. After the investigation, he publicly apologized, expressing deep remorse and vowing never to repeat such behavior.
