A shocking family controversy involving members connected to Thailand’s influential Singha Corporation continues to draw massive public attention after businessman Phai publicly denied abuse allegations made by his younger brother, Sai.
The scandal first erupted after Sai appeared in an emotional livestream claiming that his older brother had repeatedly subjected him to non-consensual sexual behavior beginning in his early teenage years. Sai further alleged that family members were aware of the situation but chose to remain silent in order to protect the family’s heir.
After several days of silence, Phai released a public video statement addressing the accusations.

According to local reports, Phai explained that he decided to speak out because the controversy was affecting his pregnant wife and unborn child.
He firmly denied all allegations, stating: “The sexual assault accusations are completely untrue. It never happened. My family and friends know what kind of person I am.”
Phai also addressed the audio recordings Sai previously claimed to possess as evidence. According to him, the recordings were taken years ago after he apologized for rough childhood teasing that had gone too far, insisting the situation had no sexual nature whatsoever.
He added that after growing older and studying in the United Kingdom, he rarely spent time with his younger brother except during holidays.
Phai also rejected accusations that the family abandoned Sai. He claimed relatives had consistently tried to support him and even encouraged him to seek professional medical help, but said Sai eventually blocked communication with family members.
The dispute over family property has also become a major issue in the case. Addressing allegations surrounding a luxury home inheritance, Phai explained that the property originally belonged to their grandfather, later passed to their mother, and was eventually intended for both brothers.

However, he claimed legal action was initiated after property damage and unauthorized access involving outsiders allegedly occurred at the residence.
Despite the escalating conflict, Phai concluded by saying: “It hurts deeply that private family matters must be exposed like this. But our family is still willing to talk to my brother.”
The case has sparked heated debate online in Thailand, with public opinion sharply divided between those demanding accountability and those urging caution until legal proceedings unfold.
At this stage, the allegations remain disputed, and no court ruling has been made regarding the claims.
