Recently, a clip recording the interaction between IVE Jang Won Young and Peder Elias at the “Genie Music Awards 2022” went viral on TikTok, garnering 4 million views. In the video, the Norwegian singer was staring at Won Young. The IVE member only noticed him at the end of the clip. The interaction drew mixed reactions from netizens. 

In response, on July 27, Peder Elias spoke up to address the clip through a stitch. He explained that he was looking at the stage at the time. Nonetheless, he acknowledged that Won Young was a lovely idol and showed respect for IVE.
