Sitting down with host Ha Ji Young, she spoke calmly about her life as an actress, her approach to work, and heartwarming family stories, while also promoting her upcoming tvN drama Undercover Miss Hong.

Discussing how she manages her mindset at the start of a new year, Park Shin Hye said, “If I worked hard but the results don’t meet expectations, it’s disappointing, but I tell myself that I already did everything I could.” She added that holding onto hurt only makes things harder, emphasizing the importance of letting go quickly and focusing on the process rather than outcomes. Looking back on her career, Park Shin Hye chose The Heirs as her “life-defining drama.” She also mentioned school-uniform dramas such as Pinocchio and Doctors, saying the memories remain vivid even as time passes. Recalling her younger days, she admitted that she struggled to take jokes lightly in her 20s, explaining that during The Heirs filming, she often reacted too seriously to playful teasing from co-stars.
