Park Jin Young compares his current weight to that of when he was in his 20s and reveals self-management tips

Singer Park Jin Young explained how he has steadily managed his health and body since he was in his 20s. 

Park Jin Young appeared on KBS2’s program “Hong Kim Dong-jeon” on December 11th.

“Hong Kim Dong-jeon” cast member Cho Se asked Park Jin Young about the rumor of him eating only vegetarian food. In response, Park Jin Young said, “I’ve tried many things, but it’s best to have only one meal with the food I want to eat”.

Park Jin Young surprised everyone when he added “Since I’m already used to that, I don’t get hungry anymore. When I want to eat something, I will think ‘I have to eat this for lunch the next day’”.

He continued, “Compared to my weight when I was in my 20s, I weigh about 4kg more. The difference is 6kg when I don’t have any activity.”
