Actor Park Ji Hwan, who became a trend after consecutive successful works, showed his humble side

Recently, actor Park Ji Hwan held an interview to commemorate his appearance in the action movie “Hansan: Rising Dragon”. Prior to this film, Park Ji Hwan also starred in various other popular works, including the tvN drama “Our Blues” and the box office hit “The Roundup”.

However, instead of promoting himself, the actor said humbly: “People have been saying I scored 3 jackpots in a row, but I haven’t done anything. I only held a piece of paper next to the main characters.”

Park Ji Hwan also regarded the stream of love he has been receiving, saying: “The success is not mine, but I try to be careful in such a situation. I can’t help but think of it as luck.”

The actor also drew attention for stating that he wanted to become an actor who placed 4th. 

He explained: “Watching the Olympic Games, I thought, ‘What would it feel like to be in fourth place?’ First place is treated as a hero and up to 3rd place cheers, but 4th place is empty-handed without a bronze medal.It is close to someone like me, who is a small citizen that always plays small roles.”

Finally, Park Ji Hwan concluded: “I am interested in and want to portray the most normal, living person.” 

Park Ji Hwan, who was born in 1980 and is 43 years old this year, made his debut in 2006 with the crime movie “The City of Violence”.
