Park Bo-gum and Suzy played a couple in the upcoming movie “Wonderland“, which is set to premiere on June 5th. “Wonderland” is a story about meeting a loved one again through a video call service, Wonderland, that restores deceased people using artificial intelligence.
Park Bo-gum played Tae-joo, while Suzy played Jeong-in. They portrayed an in-company couple of flight attendants, but when Tae-joo falls into a coma due to a sudden accident, Jeong-in uses the Wonderland service.
For this reason, couple photos of Tae-joo and Jeong-in were needed as props. Various photos were released before the movie’s release, from sweet date scenes in matching uniforms to mirror selfies taken during everyday dates. Many of these photos were directly released by Park Bo-gum and Suzy.
Their photos drew attention for their perfect visual harmony. The natural appearance in the photos was so convincing that it led to dating rumors. This prompted reactions such as requests for them to reunite in a drama, as well as wishes for them to date in real life.
As these couple photos continued to make headlines, Park Bo-gum and Suzy appeared on the May 31st episode of KBS 2TV’s “The Seasons” and revealed the behind-the-scenes story of these prop photos. Zico asked, “Did you just take these photos spontaneously?”
Suzy responded, “Since we needed many props in the movie and couldn’t change clothes every time, we decided to take a picture every time we met.” Park Bo-gum also added, “We made sure to take at least one shot each time.”
Park Bo-gum then said, “If the movie does well, more of our photos will be released. I hope it does well.” The already released photos have received a hot reaction, and Park Bo-gum’s comment has heightened fans’ anticipation for the release of additional photos.
