Old photos from Song Hye Kyo and Kang Dong Won’s past project resurface, new romance under way? 

A series of Song Hye Kyo’s old photos with Kang Dong Won is becoming the talk of the town. 

Song Hye Kyo’s successful career through such works as “Autumn in My Heart,” “Full House,” and “Descendants of the Sun” have brought her public, and private, life to the front of the public’s attention. 

Besides her major leap with “The Glory,” actress Song’s personal life is also receiving attention. A series of past photos of the actress with the male star showing intimate gestures are taking social media by storm.  

In 2014, Song Hye Kyo and Kang Dong Won became the talk of the town after getting embroiled in relationship rumors while they were filming for “My Brilliant Life.” A netizen said they saw Song Hye Kyo and Kang Dong Won in France, sparking rumors of them dating. 

However, the two actors’ respective sides refuted the rumors and said that they only considered each other as friends. Nonetheless, because actor Kang always reserved the best compliments for actress Song, it only fueled the rumors further. 

In one famous photoshoot of Kang Dong Won and Song Hye Kyo, the duo captured attention with their unique colors in striking poses. In distinctive outfits, they received rounds of applause for looking much more youthful than their real age. 

With equal status and success, some fans find them to be a perfect match. At the same time, audiences are eager for the two stars’ reunion in a filming project. Currently, Song Hye Kyo is taking a break and considering new projects, while Kang Dong Won is in discussion for “The North Star” starring alongside Jun Ji Hyun.
