NMIXX’s Haewon To Sit Down During Upcoming “Music Core” Performance Due To Back Injury
JYP Entertainment announced that NMIXX’s leader Haewon suffered a minor back injury and had to reduce movements
On June 28th, NMIXX’s agency JYP Entertainment released a notice on their official account, saying “Haewon had a minor injury on her back during practice this week and underwent a thorough examination after visiting the hospital”.
According to the agency, the injury won’t affect Haewon’s daily life, however, she should refrain from excessive movements according to advice from medical staff. Therefore, we decided that the female idol would reduce her movements and focus on treatment for the time being.
The agency explained, “Haewon will sit down during performances at the 2024 First Half Special ‘Show! Music Core in JAPAN’, which is scheduled for the 29th and 30th of June. Considering the artist’s health as the top priority, we will do our best to help Haewon recover soon”.
MBC’s “Show! Music Core in JAPAN” will take place at Belluna Dome in Japan on June 29th and 30th.
Meanwhile, Haewon’s group NMIXX has completed 8 shows of their first fanconcert “NMIXX CHANGE UP: MIXX UNIVERSITY” in a total of 4 regions, including Seoul on October 7th and 8th last year, Hong Kong on January 6th and 7th, Taipei on May 18th and 19th, and Macau on June 22nd.
