Netizens Angered as NCT Member Got Violently Hit By Japanese Show Host
Upon seeing an NCT member get hit by a popular Japanese show host, fans are expressing their frustrations.
On June 27, topics titled “How an NCT Wish member was treated by the host on a famous Japanese broadcast” was published on the Korean forum ‘theqoo’ and ‘Instiz’, drawing massive attention.
The aforementioned topics include a gif of Sakuya, a member from NCT’s Japanese unit, NCT Wish, being violently hit by a Japanese hot as they appeared on TV. According to the topics, Sakuya was hit because the timing of his hand motions were off, sparking shock and outrage among netizens and fans alike.
In particular, many were shocked that Sakuya was treated harshly despite being a minor, and most were angry that such treatment was still allowed on TV in this day and age.
