NCT’s Former Member Lucas To Make Official Solo Debut After Gaslighting Scandal
Lucas is about to make his solo debut despite his past controversy.
On April 1, NCT’s former member Lucas will release all the songs of his first single “Renegade.” He will make his solo debut less than a year after leaving the team due to controversy over his dating life.
The album will contain a total of three English songs including the title track “Renegade.” SM Entertainment, Lucas’ agency, said, “You can see Lucas’ unique music color and versatile artist side through this album.”
The rock-based hip-hop song “Renegade” is a song about a change for a better direction and an ambition to walk his way without hesitation through a stronger inner side, further highlighting the message of pioneering in life with intense guitar riffs and driven beats that seem to be burning in the heart.
Earlier, Lucas was embroiled in a controversy in August 2021. A, who claimed to be his ex-girlfriend, revealed that she had been gaslighted by Lucas.
