NCT Taeil recently got injured in a traffic accident, which is currently under investigation by the police.
On August 17th, SM Entertainment stated in a phone call with media outlet Dispatch that the police are investigating a traffic accident involving NCT’s Taeil. However, the agency also said that they cannot provide detailed information.
Previously on the morning of August 15th, Taeil was involved in a traffic accident while riding a motorcycle on his way home. After a thorough examination, the idol received a diagnosis of his right thigh getting a fracture.
As a result, Taeil has temporarily suspended activities. He is receiving necessary treatment at the hospital in preparation for surgery, SM Entertainment said, promising to do their best so that Taeil can meet fans in good health.
Eventually, NCT member Chenle came forward to clarify the situation, explaining via a live broadcast that Taeil did not violate any rules, and was rather injured by a red light runner.
