NCT NEW TEAM To Release Pre-debut Single “Hands Up” Today (Oct 7th)

NCT’s new unit will introduce their Japanese pre-debut single

NCT NEW TEAM (tentative name) will release their pre-debut single “Hands Up” on global music platforms, including in Korea and Japan, at 12 p.m. on October 7th. This single has two tracks, “Hands Up” and “We Go!”.

The title track “Hands Up” is an energetic dance song that combines intense synth sound, powerful bass lines, and cheerful rhythmic instruments with energetic vocals. Fans will be able to enjoy the spirit of NCT NEW TEAM as the members convey their passion and ambition by raising their hands up together and spreading their wings to fly high.

The b-side track “We Go!” is a pop song with lively guitar sounds. With their refreshing and clear vocals, the members express their sincere hearts as they stand on the starting line of their dream stage.

In addition, NCT NEW TEAM will hold a pre-debut tour with 24 shows around 9 cities in Japan, starting with the performance at Tokyo Line Cube Shibuya on October 8th and 9th. The group will meet local fans for the first time with various corners and present sages of the songs in their pre-debut singles.

Meanwhile, NCT NEW TEAM is NCT’s new unit consisting of six members, including Sion, Riku, Yushi, Daeyoung, Ryo, and Sakuya. Leaving a great impression on the public with their outstanding skills, refreshing visuals, and youthful charms, the group is scheduled to make their official debut in 2024.
