On the March 22 broadcast of JTBC’s variety show Please Take Care of My Refrigerator, Nana appeared as a guest and unveiled the contents of her fridge.

On the show, Nana shared, “I live alone, but I’m actually not the type to cook at home. I mostly rely on delivery food.” However, when her refrigerator was opened, it was packed with various ingredients. She explained, “It’s my fridge, but my mom tends to stock it up a lot. She comes over often, puts food in, and ends up eating it herself.”

She then revealed her strict diet routine, saying, “I try to minimize carbohydrate intake as much as possible. I follow a low-carb, high-fat diet, and about 90% of what I eat is protein. I rarely eat rice, grains, or flour.”

In particular, Nana drew attention by sharing her habit of eating butter on an empty stomach. “I eat ghee butter. I heard it helps with blood sugar control and weight management because it contains only good fats. I even scoop it and eat it with a spoon it tastes better than you’d think,” she said.

She also mentioned that she enjoys sugar-free peanut butter and soy milk made from beans.

Despite her strict routine, Nana admitted she still loves her favorite foods. “I like kimchi stew that my mom makes, pasta, and pizza with lots of toppings. I especially love cheesy Chicago-style pizza,” she confessed, adding that she restrains herself for the sake of maintaining her figure.
