Choi Sung-eun, who worked with Song Joong-ki for the first time through “My Name Is Loh Kiwan”, said, “I felt that Song Joong-ki is like a very solid gem. Working with Song Joong-ki, I learned that in the past, I used to think that when I didn’t understand or agree with something in the role or script, I should follow the script or the director’s instructions as much as possible. But there were points where that didn’t work out well. When working with Song Joong-ki, he had the power to convince himself until the end when he didn’t understand. He could make his opinions convincing to others. Song Joong-ki has confidence in himself. His insistence is something worth emulating.”

She also discussed the provocative bed scene with Song Joong-ki in the movie. Choi Sung-eun shared, “The level of the bed scene in the scenario was even higher. The feeling in the edited work looked beautiful. During the shoot, there was a more intense feeling. I heard that it was Song Joong-ki’s first bed scene, and it was also my first time. If I said I wasn’t burdened, it would be a lie. But it wasn’t a big concern or discomfort.”

Meanwhile, “My Name Is Loh Kiwan” was released worldwide through Netflix on March 1st.
