Recently, accusations of BLACKPINK’s Lisa’s mother being a zion*st have been surfacing online.
In particular, certain netizens discovered that in a post published around a year ago on her personal Instagram account, Lisa’s mother liked various comments showing support for Israel – which has been committing war crimes in various countries such as Palestine and Lebanon.
As these accusations spread, fans of Lisa argued that Lisa’s mother is only liking posts such as “I love Israel” in English, a language she’s not fluent in and thus may not understand the full meaning of such messages.
Additionally, Lisa’s mom is said to have a habit of liking a lot of comments, even those irrelevant to her posts, so the likes may have been done without any intention.
However, other netizens pointed out that Lisa’s mother also liked comments showing support of Israel in Thai, suggesting that she fully understood the meaning of these messages.
As a result, many fans are expressing disappointment over the actions of Lisa’s mother, leaving comments such as “There were a lot of comments about Palestine and she didn’t like it”, “The whole family literally loves zion*st”, and “Lisa needs a mass unfollowing”.
On the other hand, the family of Lisa’s rumored boyfriend, Frederic Arnault, previously faced accusations of being Zion*st, leading to the BLACKPINK member coming under heavy fire.
