The photos showed the actress backstage after completing a performance of the play Orphans, along with a handwritten letter she received from a fan. The message read, “I’m so happy to see you on stage again after such a long time. Please stay healthy and take good care of yourself until the final performance.”
Moon Geun Young returned to the stage on March 10 at Daehangno TOM Theater 1 with the play Orphans. This marks her first theater appearance in approximately nine years, following her previous stage work in Romeo and Juliet.

The play Orphans is set in North Philadelphia and tells the story of a middle-aged gangster named Harold and two orphaned brothers, Treat and Philip, who gradually form an unusual family while living together.
In the production, Moon Geun Young plays Treat, a character who has survived in a harsh world while trying to protect his younger brother Philip.

Meanwhile, the play Orphans, starring Moon Geun Young, will continue its run at TOM Theater 1 in Daehangno until May 31, giving fans more opportunities to see the actress back on stage.
