Model Moon Gabi has issued a strong public statement condemning the spread of fake, AI-generated content involving her young son, following widespread attention on her child’s paternity. On November 5, she took to social media to urge the public to stop distorting her child’s image and misrepresenting their private life.
“On October 30, I shared a few photos of my recent activities,” Moon wrote. “These were simple moments between a mother and her son. However, I have never publicly revealed my son’s face in any photos or videos.”

She went on to explain that one particular social media account, which has no relation to her, had taken her images without consent and manipulated them using artificial intelligence. The content falsely suggested that she had shared her son’s face and made official statements about him.
“The image and text in that video are entirely fabricated and manipulated using AI technology. These are not real photos of my child but artificially created images based on my original posts,” she clarified.
Moon Gabi made a heartfelt plea, stating, “Please refrain from violating the law by distorting the everyday life of a mother and child using fake photos or videos that do not reflect reality.”
This controversy comes shortly after Moon Gabi made headlines for publicly sharing her life with her son whom actor Jung Woo-sung has acknowledged as his biological child. Back on October 30, she posted about their daily routine, which quickly drew media attention.

Moon Gabi first surprised the public in November last year when she suddenly announced her childbirth via social media. The situation took an even more dramatic turn when it was revealed that Jung Woo-sung was the father of the child.
At the time, Jung Woo-sung responded through his agency, stating, “We are discussing the best possible way to raise the child and I intend to take full responsibility.”
As both public figures try to navigate parenthood under intense scrutiny, Moon Gabi’s latest message reflects the emotional toll of digital misinformation and underscores the urgent need to protect the privacy of children in the spotlight.
