Moon Ga-young Turns a New Leaf: Actress & Writer with New Agency?
Actress Moon Ga-young has begun the next stage in her career with the announcement of joining a new agency.
On July 1, the CEO of PeakJ, Shin Hyo-jung, announced that actress Moon Ga-young has signed an exclusive contract with the company.
“Moon Ga-young has joined as the first actor of PeakJ, sharing the moments we aim to achieve together. We will do our best to be the best partners through professional and focused management,” the CEO said.
Founded by Shin Hyo-jung and Kim Jeong-hwan, PeakJ is a newly established actor-specialized management company with the vision of “dreaming of the best moments for everyone together.”
Having previously been with KeyEast, Moon Ga-young plans to solidify her position as an actor by partnering with the new agency PeakJ.
Meanwhile, Moon Ga-young made her debut in 2016 with the movie “Bloody Reunion” and has since built her reputation through numerous works, including the dramas “True Beauty”, “Link: Eat, Love, Kill”, and “The Interest of Love”.
Particularly in March, she debuted as a writer by publishing her first essay collection, “PATA”. “PATA” recorded sales of about 2,000 copies on the first day of pre-sale, and the increasing order volume confirmed a second printing.
Meanwhile, news of Moon Ga-young’s free agent status was announced in April.
