Model Falsely Identified as Cha Hye Jeong’s Body Double in “The Glory” Part 2 Expresses Anger

After Part 2 of Netflix’s “The Glory” came out, a model was identified as Cha Hye Jeong’s (Cha Joo Young) body double in a revealing scene. 

The model, referred to as Model A, has shut down this rumor.  

On March 15th, Model A posted a clarification on her Instagram regarding the body double rumor. She wrote, “It’s not me. I have nothing to do with Netflix’s ‘The Glory.’ I just went out to buy some snacks when I received a call from my friend and hurriedly went home.”

She continued, “To the reporters and bloggers who write articles and posts as if they were facts without any verification, please take down the articles and posts.” 

Adding to her statement, A said, “I’m so dumbfounded that I don’t know what action to take, so I’m leaving a message here first. I will not read any DMs and will delete them all.“

Previously, there was a surge of interest in online communities, YouTube, and various social media platforms speculating who Cha Hye Jeong’s body double was for the revealing scene. 

Netizens pointed to the name listed in the ending credits as ‘Hye Jeong’s double’ and singled out a specific model. Subsequently, model A’s photos were rapidly circulated online.

Meanwhile, actress Cha Joo Young, who played the role of Cha Hye Jeong, revealed in an interview with Wikitree that “My character underwent breast surgery in the story, but since I didn’t, we used CGI for that part. A stand-in actor was used for the scene where the character enters a bathtub.”
