Mnet has officially announced the return of its hit dance survival show “Street Woman Fighter” with Season 3, titled “World Street Woman Fighter,” set to premiere in May 2025. This season expands globally, inviting elite all-female dance crews from around the world to compete on Korea’s main stage.
Legendary: The Global Lineup Crowned the “Avengers of Dance World”
The long-awaited lineup for “World of Street Woman Fighter” (WSWF), the highly anticipated international edition of “Street Woman Fighter,” has finally been revealed, and it’s nothing short of legendary. With six powerhouse dance crews representing different countries, the stakes have never been higher for this global dance showdown.

The confirmed teams include:
- TEAM AUSTRALIA – AG SQUAD
- TEAM KOREA – BUMSUP
- TEAM USA – MOTIV
- TEAM NEW ZEALAND – ROYAL FAMILY
- TEAM JAPAN – RH TOKYO (REAL HOT TOKYO)
- TEAM JAPAN – OSAKA OJO GANG
The first crew to be announced was BUMSUP, representing South Korea. Led by Honey J, the champion of the first season of “Street Woman Fighter,” BUMSUP functions as an all-star team featuring iconic members who helped define the show across its first two seasons, with a low likelihood of new dancer appearances a move that has fans excited to see legendary rivalries and chemistry reignite on the global stage.
Australia’s AG SQUAD has also joined the battle. Comprised of first-generation core members from the legendary Royal Family crew, including Kaea, Kyra, and LucyBaby, this team boasts an incredible range of styles, from hip-hop and dancehall to Afro and heel choreography.
The United States will be represented by MOTIV, a hip-hop crew led by Marley, an old-school dancer who founded the team at a young age and turned it into a headlining act at “World of Dance.” With U.S. breaking representative Logistx in their ranks, MOTIV is set to bring a fresh, dynamic energy to the competition.
Japan is sending two teams with contrasting strengths. OSAKA Ojo Gang is centered around Ibuki, the “Waacking Queen” who has claimed numerous victories in global dance battles, alongside Kyoka, another dominant force in the hip-hop scene. Their unmatched battle skills make them serious contenders. Meanwhile, RHTokyo, led by renowned choreographer Riehata, focuses on precision and stage performance. Known for working with K-pop artists such as G-Dragon, BTS, BoA, and EXO, Riehata’s expertise will be a key factor in their success.
ROYAL FAMILY and AG SQUAD are also two of the most prominent dance crews in the global scene, each with a distinct style.
Rounding out the roster is ROYAL FAMILY, representing New Zealand. A name that needs no introduction, this legendary crew has worked with global superstars like Rihanna, Justin Bieber, and Lady Gaga. Once led by Parris Goebel, the team has undergone a generational shift and is now spearheaded by Tisha, aiming to continue their legacy on the WSWF stage.
AG SQUAD has drawn special attention as its leader, Kaea Pearce and members Kyra, LucyBaby, who are first-generation core members from the legendary Royal Family. Now leading her own crew, Kaea’s face-off against her former team in “World of Street Woman Fighter” feels like a mentor-vs-protégé showdown even a symbolic “civil war” in street dance. Fans are eagerly watching to see if AG SQUAD’s fresh edge can rival the powerhouse legacy of ROYAL FAMILY.
New Host for “World Street Woman Fighter”
In a new twist, ZEROBASEONE’s leader Sung Han-bin will take on hosting duties for this season. As reported by TenAsia, Sung Hanbin has been selected as the new MC for Mnet’s global dance survival program “World Street Woman Fighter.”

Born in 2001, Sung debuted in 2023 as the leader of ZEROBASEONE after placing second on Mnet’s “Boys Planet.” Known for his versatility and charisma, Sung has quickly gained praise for his strong leadership and all-around talent, making him a fitting choice to lead such a high-stakes competition.
Crews Begin Voting Campaigns for First Round
Currently, the crews have entered the first round, titled the “World of K-Pop Mission,” where each team performs choreography to iconic K-pop tracks. These performances have been released to the public, and global voting is now open for fans to help determine the winners. Each team is actively campaigning for votes through social media and fan communities.

BUMSUP’s performance video, featuring a K-pop-themed routine, amassed over 1 million views within 14 hours and topped YouTube’s trending list. Royal Family and RHTokyo followed closely behind, securing the second and third spots on the trending rankings.

With the global voting for the “World of K-pop Mission” closing on March 29, fans worldwide are eagerly waiting to see which team will be the first to be eliminated. “World of Street Woman Fighter” is set to premiere on May 27, and with this stacked lineup, the competition is guaranteed to be fierce.
“World Street Woman Fighter” is shaping up to be more than just a competition, it’s a global stage where female dancers showcase their skill, passion, and cultural artistry in front of a worldwide audience.
