On February 3, Min shared a brief teaser on her personal SNS, posting the message “20260205 10AM” along with the phrase “coming soon.” The post immediately sparked curiosity, as it appeared to hint at an upcoming announcement related to her next move.
Alongside the teaser, Min uploaded images featuring clothing embroidered with the OOAK Records logo, as well as a memo displaying the official website and SNS handles of OOAK Records. The posts effectively confirmed that she is preparing to launch activities under her new company.
Min has been embroiled in an ongoing legal dispute with HYBE since 2024. She stepped down from her position as ADOR CEO in November of the same year and has since established OOAK Records as a new entertainment agency. In a previous broadcast appearance, Min revealed plans to debut a new boy group under the label.
She is currently awaiting a court ruling scheduled for February 12 regarding a lawsuit with HYBE over a shareholders’ agreement and the exercise of a put option reportedly worth 26 billion won.

Recently, Min also held a press conference addressing allegations of tampering related to NewJeans. During the event, she claimed that “the NewJeans tampering controversy was a large-scale public fraud carried out by a specific company and the family of one NewJeans member, allegedly aimed at stock price manipulation or artificial inflation.”
As Min Hee-jin prepares to unveil her next steps with OOAK Records, industry attention remains focused on both her upcoming announcement and the legal decisions that could shape the direction of her new chapter.
