According to TV Daily, the Seoul Western District Court’s 21st Civil Division had originally scheduled the third hearing for August 25. However, Min Hee-jin’s legal team filed a request to delay the session on August 11, and the court approved the change.
The case dates back to August 2024, when the former employee filed a 1 billion KRW (approx. $720,000 USD) lawsuit against Min, accusing her of defamation and reputational damage. The plaintiff claims they were sexually harassed by then-deputy CEO “B” during their time at ADOR, and alleges that Min Hee-jin attempted to cover up the incident. Min has strongly denied all allegations, calling the claims unfounded and damaging to her reputation.

The two sides first attempted mediation in January 2025, but no agreement was reached. During the first hearing in March and the second in May, both parties presented contrasting narratives and showed little sign of compromise.
The now-postponed third hearing was anticipated to introduce new evidence and further legal rebuttals, which could have been pivotal in shaping the direction of the case. With the latest delay, observers expect tensions to rise as both parties prepare for what is shaping up to be a protracted legal showdown.
Min Hee-jin, known for her influential role in shaping K-pop aesthetics and branding, has remained a polarizing figure amid ongoing controversies involving her leadership at ADOR and subsequent legal challenges.
As the case drags into late 2025, the industry continues to watch closely—not just for the outcome, but for its broader implications on workplace ethics and power dynamics in entertainment agencies.
