Michael Jackson, widely known as the “King of Pop,” is once again at the center of controversy as his estate faces a new sexual abuse lawsuit filed in Los Angeles.
According to a report by Page Six on February 28 (local time), four siblings from the Casio family—Frank, Dominic, Marie-Nicole Forte, and Aldo Casio—submitted a complaint to a Los Angeles court on February 27 against the entity managing Jackson’s estate. The plaintiffs allege that the late pop icon drugged and sexually assaulted them over a period that began when some of them were as young as 7 to 8 years old.

Court documents obtained by the U.S. outlet claim that the alleged abuse started in early childhood and continued for years. The siblings argue that Jackson used what they described as “classic tactics of a child sexual predator,” leveraging his immense wealth, global fame, and a network of employees who allegedly enabled and concealed his actions.
The complaint states that before the alleged abuse escalated, Jackson reportedly showered the children with expensive gifts and attention, immersing them in a glamorous celebrity lifestyle. The siblings further claim that he provided them with alcohol and drugs and exposed them to explicit materials, including nude images of children, in an effort to normalize inappropriate behavior.
“He made them fearful that if the truth came out, not only would his life be destroyed, but theirs and their family’s lives would also be ruined,” the filing reportedly states, describing alleged threats that fostered fear and distrust of others.
The lawsuit comes just one month after the Casio siblings appeared in a Beverly Hills court seeking to invalidate a prior financial settlement reached with representatives of Jackson’s estate. A follow-up hearing in the case is scheduled for March 5, where the matter is expected to be examined in greater detail.

In documents previously submitted in November 2025, Frank (44), Forte (37), and Aldo (34) also accused the estate’s representatives of coercion, deception, and betrayal, claiming efforts were made to suppress their abuse allegations.
Jackson, who died in 2009, faced multiple accusations of child sexual abuse during his lifetime but consistently denied wrongdoing. His estate has not publicly responded to the latest claims at the time of reporting.
The renewed legal battle adds another chapter to the ongoing scrutiny surrounding the late singer’s legacy, reigniting debate over the unresolved allegations that have followed his name for decades.
