Lee Je Hoon portrays Kim Do Gi in the series, a deluxe taxi driver at Rainbow Taxi Company. A former member of the special forces in the military, Kim Do Gi brings his expertise to his current role.
This year, Lee Je Hoon is set to return in ‘Escape,’ a movie about the captivating story of Gyu Nam, a North Korean soldier with aspirations beyond the ceasefire line, and Hyun Sang, a National Security Agency officer. Departing from the conventional narrative of division that typically centers on North-South Korean conflict, the movie delves into the timeless theme that one’s aspirations fuel their survival.
Lee Je Hoon portrays Gyu Nam, a North Korean sergeant who, after serving ten years in the military, harbors ambitions of forging a new path in the South.
Esom as Kang HaNa
Esom portrays Kang HaNa, an elite prosecutor in “Taxi Driver.”
In 2024, Esom is set to star in “LTNS,” a fresh romantic comedy series. Esom plays the female lead, Woo-Jin, while Ahn Jae-Hong takes on the role of the male lead, Samuel. Woo-Jin and Samuel, a married couple, embark on a venture to expose unfaithful couples.
Kim Eui Sung as Jang Sung Chul
Jang SungChul serves as both the leader of Rainbow Taxi Company and the head of the “Bluebird Foundation,” a support center aiding crime victims.
This year, Kim Eui-sung continued to showcase his prowess with his successful role in the sequel “Alienoid: Return to the Future,” following his remarkable portrayal in the recent film “12.12: The Day” in 2023.
He also made a special appearance in the drama “Flex X Cop” as a guest, contributing to the cohesion of the ‘SBS Cider Universe.’
Pyo Ye Jin as Go Eun
In “Taxi Driver,” Pyo Ye Jin transforms into Go Eun, the hacker of Rainbow Taxi Company.
Pyo Ye Jin is set to return this year in the upcoming drama “I Openly Dream of Cinderella,” a rom-com depicting the tumultuous love story between a woman yearning to be Cinderella amidst her challenging reality and a skeptic knight in shining armor who doubts true love.
This marks Pyo Ye Jin’s return to the rom-com genre after a hiatus of five years. Her last role in this genre was in 2018’s hit drama “What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim.”
