A day later, Five Music made an additional post with a photo of the college student’s handwritten apology, on their Facebook page. In the letter, the college student said, “I sincerely apologize for my action in the video I filmed in February”, adding “I caused damage to the Five Music store in Taiwan with my appropriate action using the album, such as touching my lower body part and kissing the album cover. I did it as a joke because my friend is a fan of NMIXX’s Lily”.

He reflected on his behavior and apologized, “I failed to think carefully at that time. I was too thoughtless”.

After releasing the male student’s apology letter, Five Music stated, “Since he quickly contacted our company, apologized to the company and the people involved in the issue, and explained details of the incident, we will no longer investigate the matter”.
