“Loyal girls” Jimin x Seolhyun went to the same gym, proving that they still keep AOA friendship

AOA’s former member Jimin still maintains her friendship with Seolhyun.

On February 8th, Jimin posted on her Instagram Story photos of the letter and gifts she received from the representative of the gym she went to.

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the gym’s opening, the representative gifted T-shirts to their members. Jimin also received the gift, and she even revealed her appearance doing exercises while wearing the T-shirt.

What attracted attention is that Seolhyun, who worked with Jimin when she was in AOA, also received the gift. Before Jimin’s post, Seolhyun did reveal a photo of her wearing that T-shirt while exercising.

Earlier, Jimin and Seolhyun faced controversies after Kwon Min-ah revealed that she was bullied during AOA activities. Jimin then announced her withdrawal from AOA, and retirement from the entertainment industry. Meanwhile, Seolhyun was criticized for being a bystander in the bullying case. However, after Kwon Min-ah was revealed to have bad attitudes towards her manager in the past and her revelations also gradually lost credibility, public opinion started to be reversed. 

In particular, Seolhyun is praised as a “loyal friend” since she still maintains her friendship with Jimin after the bullying scandal. The two were once revealed to have attended an exhibition together.

Their friendship is also proved through exercising habits. Jimin and Seolhyun showed off their friendship by working out at the same gym.

Meanwhile, Seolhyun will appear in tvN’s new drama “The Murderer’s Shopping List”.
