Lovely Runner

“Lovely Runner” is a time-traveling rescue romance that revolves around famous idol Ryu Sun-jae (played by Byun Woo-seok) who gave up on life and passionate fan Im Sol (played by Kim Hye-yoon) who was in despair over his death. Im Sol, however, was sent 15 years into the past, and attempted to change the course of fate and save Ryu Sun-jae – who also once saved her life.

Boosted by the tender and sweet romance narrative of Byun Woo-seok and Kim Hye-yoon, “Lovely Runner” has garnered attention in Korea as well, ranking second in TV-OTT drama popularity surveys just one week after its broadcast (according to Good Data Corporation), with a viewership rating of 4.1% in the Seoul metropolitan area (according to Nielsen Korea).
