Other information
Lim Ji-yeon, known for her overwhelming expressiveness and unique presence in every project, showcased two completely different sides of her character.
On October 22, JTBC unveiled the first teaser poster featuring Lim Ji-yeon in “The Tale of Lady Ok”.

The first poster revealed an ironic scene of the slave Goo Deok, dressed in tattered rags, riding a flower palanquin. The contrast between her faded, shabby garments and the colorful, luxurious decorations of the palanquin visually represented the slave Goo Deok’s fate as she lives a life at odds with her status.
Moreover, the slave Goo Deok’s posture and expression while seated in the palanquin were noteworthy. Despite her unappealing clothing and lackluster face, which showed signs of wear, her sitting posture and expression exuded an unexpected elegance.
Especially captivating was the phrase “the fate of a slave in a flower palanquin,” which, combined with her mixed look of anxiety and confidence, hinted at the complex psychology of the slave Goo Deok, who must navigate her life as the noblewoman Ok Tae-young.
