“The Idol” star Lily-Rose Depp’s latest Instagram post is drawing attention. 

HBO’s original series “The Idol,” released on June 5th, depicts the complex intertwining of a cult leader and an emerging pop idol star set in the music industry.

Lily-Rose Depp, who plays the main character Jocelyn, shared several behind-the-scenes photos from the set of “The Idol” through her Instagram on June 5th.

In the photos, Lily-Rose Depp is seen dancing in lingerie and showing off her bold underwear fashion. She captivates attention with daring outfits such as a semi-transparent white dress that reveals her silhouette and a black dress with the entire back cut out.

Along with the photos, Lily-Rose Depp expressed her thoughts, “The Idol premieres tonight. I can’t put into words how I’m feeling right now. Shooting it was the most special experience I’ve ever had. To my idol fam, I love you guys so much.“

She continued, “Sam and Abel, thank you for letting me be Jocelyn. I’m still pinching myself that you picked me. Thank you for making my dreams come true. I love you both forever,” expressing overwhelming emotions and gratitude.

“The Idol,” which had its first premiere at the 76th Cannes International Film Festival last month, received criticism from various foreign media outlets, saying it was “like an R-rated show for teenagers” and even “pornography.”

Attention is now focused on whether “The Idol,” which received pre-release criticism, will be accepted by the public.

“The Idol” features a glamorous cast lineup, including BLACKPINK’s Jennie and Lily-Rose Depp, as well as singers Troye Sivan and The Weeknd.
