In the video, she is seen performing advanced stretching movements in form-fitting attire, reflecting both her commitment and flexibility. Pilates, known for being a high-cost wellness discipline, hasn’t deterred her. In fact, she’s reportedly invested in a personal trainer to maximize results and maintain privacy—particularly because of her public status as Li Yapeng’s spouse.
“I started Pilates last year and quickly realized how effective it is in helping me regain my figure,” she said. Despite muscle soreness and physical strain, she continues to push forward, noting that her income from livestream sales helps fund the sessions.
This form of income has become more critical in recent years. Li Yapeng, once a top actor in Chinese cinema, has faced mounting business setbacks. His company reportedly laid off hundreds of employees and has been accused of failing to pay staff salaries. More recently, authorities seized over 1.02 million RMB (approx. $142,000 USD) from a company in which he holds shares, as reported by The Cover.
Despite the financial turmoil, Haiha Jinxi remains steadfast: “As a wife, I can’t just sit back and watch my husband exhaust himself to fix the past with money. I may not make a lot, but I can at least ease some of the burden.”
Livestreaming has thus become more than a trend—it’s a survival tool for the couple. With Haiha Jinxi managing personal fitness and income, and Li Yapeng attempting to stabilize his business ventures, the two are navigating a harsh chapter in their lives together.
Currently, Li Yapeng is the legal representative of two companies and a shareholder in six—one of which has already ceased operations.
